Job Summary: The Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements, translating these into tailored solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. This role involves the configuration, customization, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, and Budgeting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in finance and ERP, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to assess and document financial requirements.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance modules to align with business needs.
• Design and execute testing, training, and deployment plans to ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide expert-level support during and after deployment, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Analyze current finance processes, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation.
• Work with technical teams for advanced customization, integrations, and data migrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience (5+ years) working with Dynamics 365 Finance or AX.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage client expectations.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with other Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales).
