Job Overview:
- As a D365 HR and Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the HR and Payroll functionalities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to design, implement, and maintain the D365 HR & Payroll solutions to streamline business operations. Your expertise in D365 HR and Payroll modules will be key in ensuring accurate payroll processing, employee data management, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead or participate in the implementation of D365 HR and Payroll modules, including gathering requirements, configuring the system, and providing end-user training.
- Customize D365 HR and Payroll functionalities to meet specific business needs, including workflows, reports, and interfaces with other systems.
- Ensure smooth integration of the D365 Payroll module with finance, time tracking, and other HR-related systems
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR and Payroll users, resolving technical issues and answering queries.
- Regularly update the D365 HR and Payroll system with new features, releases, and patches.
- Monitor and optimize payroll processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Business Analysis:
- Work with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for D365 HR and Payroll configurations.
- Analyze HR and payroll workflows and recommend improvements to optimize the system and enhance performance.
- Testing and Documentation:
- Develop and execute test plans for new configurations, features, and updates to the D365 HR and Payroll modules.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Develop and maintain custom reports for payroll, employee data, benefits, and other HR-related information.
- Perform audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Training and User Support:
- Train HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders on D365 HR and Payroll functionalities.
- Develop training materials and support documentation for end-users.
- Provide expertise and advice on best practices in D365 HR and Payroll usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Arabic Speakers is a added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR and Payroll modules.
- Proven experience in HR systems and payroll processing.
- Experience with D365 integrations, workflows, and customizations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (employee onboarding, benefits, performance management, etc.).
- Thorough understanding of payroll regulations and processing cycles.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in generating reports using tools like Power BI and D365 reporting modules.
Certifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources Certification (preferred).
- Payroll or HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CPP) (optional but advantageous).
