Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant to lead and support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) or Business Central. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, analyzing business requirements and configuring the system to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or other functional domains.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Inventory, Production, Procurement, etc.) according to business processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and design solutions using standard features or minimal customizations.
• Develop functional design documents (FDDs) and work closely with technical consultants/developers.
• Participate in all phases of project lifecycle including requirement analysis, solution design, UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Provide user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of ERP functionality.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Microsoft support or internal development teams for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and SOX/financial control standards (where applicable).
• Stay updated with Microsoft’s latest updates, features, and best practices in Dynamics 365.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a functional role implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (F&O or Business Central).
• Strong knowledge of core modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Projects.
• Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate (Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Central).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Experience in data migration, integrations, and reporting tools.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
